A Little About Me
I’m Kenneth Williams, but most people call me Kenny. Beyond being a therapist, I’m also a husband and father who understands that life can bring unexpected challenges. My own journey has taught me the importance of resilience, patience, and faith during difficult seasons.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves support, understanding, and the opportunity to grow. For me, counseling isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling to walk alongside people as they discover their strength, heal from difficult experiences, and build a healthier future.

I provide a supportive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself. Whether we work one-on-one or with your partner or family, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered with practical tools that make a real difference in everyday life.
Let’s Connect
Therapy is a partnership, and finding the right fit matters. If you're looking for a therapist who is compassionate, grounded, and practical, I would be honored to work with you.
